Script India Store Billing is offered on prepaid subscription plans of varying duration (e.g. monthly, yearly, or a limited trial). The price shown at checkout excludes GST; 18% GST is added and shown separately before you complete payment. Your subscription grants access to the Service for the plan's stated duration from the date of purchase (or, for a renewal, from the end of your current active period).
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay, and can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or supported wallets. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
First-time subscription — 30-day refund window. If you are purchasing a paid plan with us for the very first time, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email sales@scriptindia.in or contact@scriptindia.in with your registered email and the Razorpay payment reference shown on your receipt. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, and your subscription will be deactivated once the refund is issued.
Renewals and subsequent subscriptions. This 30-day guarantee applies only to a customer's first paid subscription. Renewals of an existing subscription, and any subscription purchased after your first, are non-refundable once payment is completed, except where required by applicable law.
Failed or partial payments. If a payment attempt fails at the gateway, or only part of the amount is received, no plan access is granted for the unpaid portion. If you believe you were charged but did not receive access, contact contact@scriptindia.in with your payment reference so our team can verify and reconcile the payment.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We send a reminder before your active plan expires; you can renew manually from your dashboard or the public renewal page at any time. If a plan is not renewed before it expires, access to billing features is paused until renewal — your data is retained and is not deleted. There is nothing to "cancel" since renewal is always optional and manual.
Trial plans, where offered, provide limited-duration access at the price shown at checkout. The 30-day first-time refund guarantee applies to a paid trial the same way it applies to any other first-time subscription.
We may revise plan pricing from time to time. Price changes do not affect a subscription period you have already paid for; any new price applies only from your next purchase or renewal.
All prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (currently 18%) is added at checkout and shown on your invoice/receipt.
